Kim, Pat told me you have to copy and paste the address on the HTML page, not the compose page. Click the tab that says edit HTML when you make a new blog entry and paste the address on that one.
Looks like it worked so I guess you did it right. Very fun and cool! Kelli, I know where you could get a treadmill..... Kim, my hubby thought this was great and they sell these so he wanted me to forward it to him. Great find!
